Rosalinde assisted me in writing my resume basically from scratch. I had been with the same job for 12 years and was moving out of state, so I was very out of the loop with current employer expectations when it came to writing resumes. I was able to email her what I had and she responded quickly and detailed. She not only demonstrated expertise with wording and phrasing, but also the proper format and page layout. She was very good at making our exchanges of corrections via email very quick, easy, and painless for an older person such as myself. I got hired out of state before I even obtained the new state’s license!
