Mostly A’s: You are not ready to change
Everyone has bad days, especially when the stress is high, but you may need a little more patience and time to settle into the role. Sometimes things aren’t what they seem and may not be so bad. It can get frustrating when the learning curve is high, but once you get the hang of your position, you might find you like your role and team.
Mostly B’s: Ready, but possibly not to a different career
You may be struggling with your job for a while, but consider if it’s what doing and where you’re doing it. You may not enjoy aspects of your job, but don’t throw in the towel just yet. Make a list of what you don’t like. If your list leans more towards the company, culture, and workers, it may be time to make a move to a new position instead of a new career.
Mostly C’s: Ready to change careers
Switching careers is scary and risky, but you are ready to make sacrifices for a more fulfilling career. When you make the jump, it’s something you’re excited and passionate about and can’t wait for the morning to go to work. You envision yourself in your new career for years to come. You have taken steps in your search, which will give you a better chance of finding your joy.
