I worked with Rosalinde to prepare for a series of interviews for an executive role. She spent several hours coaching me for the difficult questions that could come up throughout my interview process. In addition to the rigorous question preparation, Rosalinde assessed my remote interview location and recommended appropriate lighting based on the meeting platform (WebEx, Zoom, Teams) used during the remote interview. She also made recommendations about my interview attire. She explained how important it was that I looked ready for the interview and asked that I wear shoes to reinforce the formality of an interview even though I was interviewing from home.
I must say I have never been more prepared for an interview despite the pandemic circumstances. Rosalinde is well versed in what’s happening in the recruiting industry. She stays on top of industry best practices and helps her clients focus on what’s most important to seize their next career opportunity. Her communication style is straightforward and professional. I plan to work with her again when I decide to look for my next career opportunity.
