Rosalinde was such a great help with my résumé and interview. She went above and beyond in guiding me and showing me what a professional resume needs to look like. Not only did she help me with the resume, but she also helped me when I was looking for positions that would be most beneficial with my background of study. Any time I had a question or needed her help in something, she has always been available and ready to help me out in any way. The resume she created for me is above and beyond, which is one of the reasons why I’m at my current position. When I went for my interview, my now manager was so impressed with the layout and information added to the resume, which she said was one of the main things that caught her attention. It was not overpowered by words but included just the right amount of information and detail. Before my interviews, Rosalinde would also roleplay as the interviewer and myself the interviewee so I could have a better sense of the type of questions I would be asked pertaining to the role. This boosted my confidence and lowered any type of nervous feelings I had before walking into the interview just because I already knew what type of questions to expect. A great resume makes employers want to meet you in person and offer that interview and possibly the job. I am so grateful for all the help she gave me and to this day still does. Rosalinde’s approach to coaching and writing a résumé got me my job!
