It felt divinely appointed to meet Rosalinde. Having been in the same industry for a number of years, I was burned out and numb. I knew I needed change, but I didn’t know what I didn’t know! I’m a registered nurse for a health organization in Puerto Rico with 7 years of experience working as a client services specialist. When I lost my job, I sought out help from Rosalinde, who impressed me from day one. Rosalinde and I are in a Mastermind Group for Coaches. There were approximately 12 people in our group from several countries. As a professional Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager, I am not a professional career/job Human Resource type person. When I re-entered the job market, I felt it was wise to get professional assistance. I worked with Rosalinde to prepare for a series of interviews for an executive role. She spent several hours coaching me for the difficult questions that could come up throughout my interview process. In addition to the rigorous question preparation, Rosalinde assessed my remote interview location and recommended appropriate lighting based on the meeting platform (WebEx, Zoom, Teams) used during the remote interview. She also made recommendations about my interview attire. She explained how important it was that I looked ready for the interview and asked that I wear shoes to reinforce the formality of an interview even though I was interviewing from home.

I must say I have never been more prepared for an interview despite the pandemic circumstances. Rosalinde is well versed in what’s happening in the recruiting industry. Rosalinde was one of the most helpful and professional people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with in finding a job. From day one until the conclusion, she helped me every step of the way with my resume and the whole job acquiring process. First, she built a professional resume from scratch, which would be picked up by the technology systems businesses use in finding job applicants. For each job I applied for, Rosalinde would tweak my résumé and cover letter to market myself to that given company positioning why I should get an interview and what I would be able to offer that company. I received an invitation to interview for each company I applied for, which is where Rosalinde spent a fair amount of time with me in person as well as over the phone preparing for each one. Rosalinde was on point in prepping me for my job search and the interview process! I prepared for the questions they asked and knew exactly how to phrase my answers thanks to the time we spent on the phone conducting mini mock interviews. This was another bonus, she had no problem working over the phone with me because my busy schedule did not allow for business hour meetings.Her style made me so much more relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience.
